One-Year Retrospective — Learning, Failing, Achieving

After a year as a backend developer, I look back at the projects I worked on and the development knowledge, collaboration, and problem-solving skills I built along the way. Reflecting on the joys and regrets of growth, and on what I want to carry forward, I've come to appreciate the time I spent working alongside my colleagues.
